Above and beyond amazing! If you are looking for a place to take care of you or your family’s visi... on needs, this is the place. We used to use another eye doctor here in town, and they were ok, but this place cares and takes care of their patients. We ran out of contacts, no problem! They gave us enough samples to get through until the new ones arrived. They have hours past 5pm for all of us that work and can’t get there mid-day. I can’t say enough good things about this place. They never try to upsell or steer you towards something you don’t need. I honestly feel bad for the patients at the other eye doctor now, like I wish I could tell them that there are way better options.

Can give my strongest endorsement of this practice. There were some initial issues with my appointm... ents being scheduled, but when I showed up, the staff and Dr. Naik were willing to see me at the end of the day, and accommodate given I was going out of state in a few days. There were other issues with the topography machine, but two of the front desk staff members and Dr. Naik stayed after business hours to get it fixed and make sure my eyes got the imaging they needed. Everyone goes above and beyond to address any issues and take care of their patients. Dr Naik is well-informed, thorough and unafraid to take a position based on her knowledge and experience. She always takes the extra step, does the extra diligence to empower me with the information I need to make a decision, no matter how uncomfortable I may feel at first. Hope they can continue operating as they did on my last appointment, and wish them the best.

We have come here for our glasses and contacts since 2017. It reminds me of a small business of yest... erday year. The staff has always been very personable. The exams are state of the art and they have a good selection of frames that keep up with trends. I have had different doctors over the years and they have always been awesome.

We just moved into the area, we decided to try this office because of the options of Name brand glas... ses and the office looked very nice and clean. To our surprise, it was by far our best experience in an eyeglass store in years. We were able to work with Kassidy Jones and she was such a sweet young lady with so much knowledge of glasses and all the information she provided was so useful in our decisions. She not only was informative but, so polite, kind, sweet and thoughtful in helping us make our decisions. She helped my husband, and I pick out glasses, and I would absolutely recommend her and this establishment to anyone who need eyecare. She was a sweetheart, and I can tell the staff is happy to have her also. Thank you for being so sweet and remembering me when I came to pick up our glasses. Have a wonderful day, we will be back again. The Fairchilds.

Update: Thank you not just for fixing the problem, thanks for reaching out, trying to understand and... being reasonable. — Everything goes somehow smooth once we visit as family year round schedules. Last visit was not okay because we got charged over $300 bucks for lens training without signing a documentation instead of ‘I told you so’! I am not buying something at speedy-checkout, I am paying a good amount here and I have to be properly informed about what is coming as next. It is not okay and it is unprofessional. I wish I could revert the process because it was not supposed to be this way.

I had a great experience with Dr. Ruvina Ravasignhe, O.D. . She took the time to answer all my quest... ions regarding my vision changes. Nicole at the front desk is just fabulous and was able to answer all my questions about insurance as well as assisting with setting up my daughter's appointment. I am so happy I switched to this providers.

A friend recommended Carolina Family Vision. I got in the same day and was greeted by the front desk with awesome friendly help and did not have to wait at all. Dr. Naik and office manager Denise Jones went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable in my new contacts. I have found my new vision center home.
