What to Know Before Scheduling Your Appointment

MANDATORY RETINAL PHOTO

As part of your examination today, your Doctor needs for you to have an Optos Wide-field Digital image and Maestro OCT Retinal Scan. These images help our doctor view the health of your eye and also monitor for any potential vision threatening conditions. The digital screening images are only $39 and are not covered by medical or vision insurance. This charge will be added to the balance of your visit.

CANCELLATION / NO SHOW POLICY

We ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice if you are unable to make your scheduled appointment. Anyone who cancels or does not show up for their appointment within 24 hours will be assessed a $50 fee which must be paid prior to being seen in our office.
